General Submission Guidelines

• This is a “gently curated” Fine Art festival for original art.

• Submit the request to participate form.

• If you are new to the festival, please submit 3 photos of your work to cambridgeartsvt@gmail.com (Festival veterans can skip this step, but feel free to send a photo of new work for promotion).

• The show is “gently curated”. All new artists will be reviewed by our committee. We will get in touch with you to affirm your acceptance & send you more information about how the Art Jam works. Please hold off on sending your registration fee until you hear from us.

• To reserve your space, please send your registration fee to: Cambridge Arts Council / PO Box 436 / Cambridge, VT 05444

• The festival footprint changes from year to year due to the number of artists, therefore spaces for set up are not assigned until the day of the festival.

• Please let us know if you need any special considerations (e.g., near a friend, unloading/loading issues, special needs). We will try our best to accommodate you.
