General Submission Guidelines

  • This is a Fine Art festival.

  • All new artists will be reviewed by our committee.

  • Submit the request to participate form.

  • If you are new to the festival, Please submit 3 samples of your work via email or a CD (Festival veterans can skip this step).

  • The art you submit MUST reflect the art you will be showing.

  • Checks processed upon acceptance. If not accepted, your check will be returned.

  • Please let us know if you require early notice of acceptance due to your participation in other festivals.

  • The festival footprint changes from year to year due to the number of artists and village arrangements, therefore spaces for set up are not assigned until the day of the festival.

  • Please let us know if you need any special considerations (e.g., near a friend, unloading/loading issues, special needs). We will try our best to accommodate you.

  • This is a community event, and it’s expected that artist participants respect each other, CAC volunteers, village residents, and the general public.
